Each week, this special series will offer a gentle prenatal yoga practice including asanas, pranayama, pelvic floor awareness, mindfulness, and deep relaxation; along with an opportunity to find community with other expecting mothers. As preparation for baby, these classes provide mothers guidance to tap into the body’s inner wisdom, and strengthen the connection between body, mind, soul, and baby. All of this supporting the transformations during pregnancy and birth.
