Whether you spend 1 or 8 hours a day at a computer, desk work can quietly strain your body, focus, and overall well-being. This workshop is designed specifically for people who spend time on screens.

Through mindfulness practices, targeted and unique postures, and simple breathwork techniques you’ll learn how to release tension in the neck, shoulders, back, hips, and wrists. We’ll explore accessible stretches and poses you can practice at home or even at your desk, along with tools for letting go of mental fatigue and resetting your nervous system.

Leave feeling more open, grounded, and equipped with practical techniques to support your body and mind throughout your workday.
