Winter invites us inward—to slow down, soften our edges, and tend to what has been holding us together all year. HELD is a half-day ritual designed to help you feel safe, supported, and deeply nourished without needing to fix, process, or figure anything out.
Through gentle movement, breath, restorative practices, creative expression, and warm seasonal nourishment, this retreat follows the natural rhythm of how the nervous system settles. You’ll be guided from arrival into embodied safety, expression, integration, and rest—leaving grounded, complete, and cared for.
Come alone or share the day with a friend. Either way, you’ll be welcomed into a calm, co-regulating space where nothing is required of you.
Tea + Guided Reflection with Meagan Francis
Begin the day by easing out of urgency and into warmth. Enjoy a cozy tea service while being gently guided through optional, choice-based reflection. Soft lighting, quiet music, and minimal talking help signal safety to the nervous system.
Embodied Regulation Practice
Flow, Yin, Restorative, Breathwork & Meditation with Brooke Margherone
*The room will be gently warmed to approximately 80° using infrared heat for a cozy, soothing environment.
Before thinking or reflecting, the body is invited to release stored tension and establish internal safety. This slow, supportive practice blends grounded slow flow, yin postures, restorative shapes, gentle breath work, and meditation to create containment, trust, and ease.
Creative Regulation Practice
A Somatic Art Ritual with Lynn Jones
With the body resourced and regulated, gentle creative expression becomes a tool for settling rather than exposure. Using oil pastels, you’ll explore expression and containment without interpretation, analysis, or outcome.
This practice allows sensation, emotion, and energy to move through and then land—supported and whole.
Tea, Journaling & Gentle Closing with Meagan Francis
The experience is gently integrated with warm tea, light nourishment, and guided reflection. Optional prompts invite you to notice what supported you, what kind of rest you need most right now, and what feels doable to carry forward.
Closing Circle
Gather briefly to close the day with presence and gratitude, leaving grounded, settled, and held.
