This mindful, therapeutic practice blends soft flowing movement, seated postures, breath awareness, and spacious holds to support the body and nervous system. Classes evolve week to week and are guided by the energy of the room, with subtle influences from Yoga Therapy, Ayurveda, and Traditional Chinese Medicine. Ambient music and an extended, deeply restful Savasana invite full relaxation. No experience needed—come as you are and leave feeling grounded, restored, and at ease.
