If you’ve ever taken a deep breath to calm and focus yourself, you’ve done breath work. 

One conscious deep breath can shift you out of a negative mindset, replenish your nervous system, and even change the rest of your day. Little by little, these breaths add up to develop emotional intelligence and provide you with the necessary skills to live a life where emotions and stressors can be seen as information, lessons, and opportunities to feel better.

Often, we just need to stop and look within the breath. Each human has the tools and abilities already. 

 Join Brooke Margherone in this workshop to learn how to access the breath body and effectivitely uses these tools we as humans have been given to help ourselves.

This workshop will include:

-Lecture and Discussion on “What Breath Work Is”

-Why it’s so effective

-How to practice and implement Breath Work techniques to feel like your best self

- A breath work guide to take home
