Come to be guided. Stay to be still. Breathing techniques will be instructed followed by a brief guided meditation into a blissful silent space. We will enter into silence together and the group will be guided out. This way, there is no need to track time, but instead, just enjoy the present moment, as it comes.  All are welcome. No meditation experience required.
