Yoga with props is just that. Yoga. With. Props! In this class we may use blocks, bolsters, blankets, straps, the wall, and chairs. You will see elements of flow, stability, and strength, paired with lengthening, opening, and deep rest. The outcome is Sattvic, or luminous. Open to beginners and all levels. Props will offer support and endless opportunities to modify the poses ensuring all students can experience the benefits and learn more about themselves through the practice. A great class for students who need to practice “hands free”, as well Yin students who desire more activation.
