Gentle yoga is an actively gentle practice, not a passive practice, like Yin. Slower pace, longer holds in each pose with an emphasis on seated poses. Great for beginners and anyone looking to slowly open the body and calm the mind.  Gives everyone space for quiet reflection and extended time for meditation, breath work, and relaxation. Props will be used and provided.
